Life Insurance, Health and Vision
The best is their insurance coverage
You have access to life insurance and health insurance, supposedly at competitive rates when compared to the rest of the market place. But you have to purchase them yourself. SFG has no skin in hiring you at all.
no benefits as its a 1099 position, but flexible hours
There are no benefits. You make your money as an independent contractor
Best thing is you can manage your time and how much work you want to do
Zero benefits, this place is awful
There are not any benefits, you are a private contractor for the company. Everything you make is not taxed the same and you are not technically an employee
Paid Vacations from the company and our insurance carrier partners, bonuses for production, bonuses for agency growth, free life insurance
You truly get compensated for your effort!
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
