Best benefit is being able to work remotely. Worst part of benefits for remote workers is that you don't have a choice about which option you enroll in for health insurance and it is really expensive if you add your spouse and/or dependents. 401k is a 2% match if you put in 4%.
Paid leave for 8 holidays, 2 personal days, 2 floating holidays, and 14 days vacation first year (pro-rated for joining after Jan 5th). Paid sick leave with no set limit. However, parental leave for birth or adoption is only 3 days.

Decent amount of PTO each year, health insurance has covered A LOT for us and been a huge help for our medical expenses.
