New employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following date of hire.

It's nice that we have some flexibility with hours. If we needed to leave early or come in late for some reason. It would be nice if vacation could be rolled over or at least some of it. There could always be a cap put on as to how much you can roll over. Monthly heath benefits cost are high along with high deductibles and out of pocket costs.
The benefits are extremely expensive. We are losing all of our accrued Sick Time in 2017 because we will transitioning to PTO....very disappointing.
Cost is very high for low coverage plans. Sick days cannot be used as personal days. Vacation days cannot be rolled over is there is no room in busy schedule to use the days.
