Great medical benefits and even an adventure/travel fund.
The benefits package is comprehensive for a small company, but vacation time is limited, health insurance seems expensive, and there is no 401k matching.
You can expense a massage, national parks pass, and an 'adventure' up to 160$. They are also flexible on vacation and working remotely.
Great benefits, up to 50% of annual deductible reimbursed at the end of the year and for the single PPO health insurance option they pay 80% of the premium. Adventure fund and wellness benefits are great - reimbursement for massages, national park memberships and rock climbing, etc. Very comprehensive for a small company!
The benefits are really comprehensive and good companies and plans to choose from. They are a little pricey for family members but still worth it.
Best thing about the benefits package is that they cover half your annual medical deductible and they have a lot of out-of-the-box benefits like massage reimbursement and an adventure fund, like reimbursement for scuba diving or rock climbing. Worst thing is that the company is still growing, so you won't get crazy benefits coverage like you would with large companies...though you're definitely getting other benefits you never would with larger companies.
No matching 401(k), but the health benefits were alright. Had to chase down sales commissions. Lot's of small perks like Adventure Fund, National Park Pass, free massages. Also pay for certifications and development.
