Holiday and paid time off coverage is good, only catch is getting it approved based on business needs.

3 weeks is standard for new joinees. Everyone is able to carryover 5 days and use it by the end of first quarter of the following year.
Vacation is unlimited but manager will not allow
15 days, 20 after 5 years or certain level of title. Years of service should mean a lot more in terms of PTO
there are fixed few PTOs and they are mandatory to be used by end of year
18 days offs, and really flexible to use, at least in my team.

It's pretty good. However, schedules are so aggressive that checking email was a tradition while away. Sometimes we said that Paid Time Off is really Pretend Time Off.
