No retirement benefits for U.S. citizens. A 401k does not exist. The only thing that was okay was Cigna - the health and dental benefits. They were so-so, nothing special or spectacular.
Health insurance is pretty great, vacation is standard 2wks with 5 days sick all upfront which is nice. They don't have a 401k which really sucks and makes them pretty uncompetitive. Office always has snacks and coffee and there are monthly birthday events and every now and then company outings.
Great insurance, really top-notch with min co-pay and most of things covered.

Synechron does have some great benefits as for medical, dental, and vision. A lot of things are covered 80%-100% so going to the doctors is affordable. Great WLB as many events are planned for associates. Free Friday Lunches every single week! We have a good Time off system, 10-15 days PTO depending on employer status and we also have sick days as well. The only down fall is the 401K plan has not yet been implemented but it is in the works. Hope this review helps.
The basic medical insurance package provides good PPO options along with Dental and Vision benefits
