Love the benefits from Syngenta! Started with 3 weeks PTO, not including paid holidays. Just implemented a paid Maternity/Paternity leave of 1 Month. On site medical personnel for checkups and physicals. You get paid for getting an annual physical on site and they do on site physical checkups for your spouse and pay a $50 gift card. Decent IRA matching
