401K matching is on the low side, 2 year vest period. Insurance is on the higher cost side.
Bare minimum insurance and pricey to add family. At one time they allowed telecommuting, which I consider an benefit, but it strictly banned and has driven away good talent.
On-site health clinic is great, insurance includes MDLive for over-the-phone doctor consults. Premiums are average.
Employer funded HRA that rolls over to help fund co-pays. 401k match up to a certain percent. Employee funded HSA and FSA.
