Synopsys offers a comprehensive benefits package with 401-k matching unlimited PTO, and generous parental leave policies. It's one of the reasons why it was so difficult to leave the company, even though actual career growth was very slow - the benefits package is excellent.

Deductibles for Non Kaiser health insurance is so high. Please offer better health insurance.
Best benefit is working from home most of the time as a flex employee. Includes medical, dental, and optical insurance. Life insurance paid by company. Wellness programs like weight loss groups are included and paid by company.
Overall the benefits package is pretty great.
