401(k) match, unlimited vacation, medical benefits OK, ESPP, etc- All things you would expect from a large enterprise.
Not alot of perks (no snacks, cafe was mediocre)
The $3000 for a 401K match is terrible. It does not increase with inflation. The unlimited time off was a joke until I decided to leave the company. At that point, I called in sick regularly.
