    The $3000 for a 401K match is terrible. It does not increase with inflation. The unlimited time off was a joke until I decided to leave the company. At that point, I called in sick regularly.

    pro: ESPP: Up to two year look back on set price; 15% discount Cons: paid time off. Good luck getting to use your unlimited time off. It depends on your manager and group 401K = $3k max Health Insurance $195 per paycheck with a large deductible and out of pocket max (family of three)

    best thing is we get paid sick leave and relocation allowance. There is no overtime pay.
