The benefits are comprehensive. There is a choice of medical plans, and in my experience they are very good, plus dental and vision.

The $3000 for a 401K match is terrible. It does not increase with inflation. The unlimited time off was a joke until I decided to leave the company. At that point, I called in sick regularly.
