Good Package and professional work environment
Very High deductible for health insurance with premium increasing every year and coverage decreasing every year. No 401k Match. No performance bonus until you reach Engagement manager level.Average 13-15 PTOs. No paternity and Maternity leave.
The MTO system is Very nice, very Generous with time off. The salaries offered could use some work.
Very minimal for this industry
best thing about benefits = NONE worst thing about benifits, well where do i start. long story short, we had a child during their insurance coverage, we ended up paying 12 k out of pocket plus their expensive monthly coverage ~ 600 per month!!!!
Health Insurance is ok. They do not match 401 K contribution. overall benefits are not much.
Time Off and Relocation package
No premium assistance, on top of being grossly underpaid for the cost of living in the area.
Paid Vacation is there, Health Insurance , relocation charges are not good
none.sometimes you won't be paid for night shift and then there is no overtime payment. no 401k .
