Benefits include 6 hrs/pay period of PTO accrual, 5 "wellness days" which can be taken as sick days or personal health days, and Aetna heath insurance (plus dental and vision). The wellness day are pretty nice, and after five years of full time employment the PTO accrual increases in speed. Free soda, coffee, tea, and snacks (such as fruit snacks, nature valley bars, pirates booty popcorn, chips, fig bars).
