The best thing is that most of the physical and mental health checkup are on campus in walking distance
Solid coverage, though premiums could be a bit less expensive
Reasonable costs for the family plan.
Vacation Time and paid holidays are generous
The benefits overall are okay for graduate students. They changed the health insurance one year ago (not sure) that increases your copay.
You may pick from 3 different levels of coverage with a family option available for all. SU graciously allows children to remain on your insurance till the age of 26 which is outstanding.
Good plan; three options; reasonably good employer contribution
I like that I was able to add my partner onto my health insurances without being married - just had to pay for the insurance plan post-tax.
Very good coverage. Dental and Vision on a pretty good rate. Fixed enrollment period that may not suit some of the graduate assistants who join other the regular academic year
It's very comprehensive and extremely affordable for families. Lots of choices for people to choose something.
