Overall good for families. Flex spending seems high maintenance, but at least they have it
The best part of the Health insurance is that the company pays for it. The worse part are the high deductables and copays.
Its comparable to the norm for industry
Good coverage but high premiums and deductibles. Blue cross blue shield of Illinois is the provider nation wide and its self funded by Sysco.
One of the complaints I hear from the benefits are around prescriptions.
Worst thing is the deductible
FMLA is offered, good PPO program, dental and vision. Stocks and able to pay into Fidelity accounts through paycheck.
Company contributes $500 towards a high deductible plan which for a family plan is over $5000 per year.
Best is Blue Cross Blue Shield is accepted nearly everywhere. Worst- HR was not too helpful when it came to healthcare questions
Insurance appears to be average and seems expensive
