We offer numerous benefits to all eligible, full-time associates and their covered dependents (variations may exist for certain locations):

  • Medical: Four different medical plan options, plus critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage options for employees and their dependents
  • Telehealth service*: 24/7 access to a doctor via phone or video chat, for convenience
  • Wellness Rewards Program*: Employees and covered spouses are financially rewarded when they get an annual physical or biometric screening
  • Dental: Two different coverage options, including orthodontia
  • Vision: Covers eye exams and annual allowance for contacts and/or glasses
  • Security benefits: Including Life insurance, AD&D insurance (for employees and eligible family members) and Short- and Long-Term Disability to help protect your income should something happen to you that disrupts your ability to work.
  • 401(k) Plan: Our plan includes an automatic company contribution every pay period, even if you aren’t contributing your own savings. Plus, the company will also match your contributions (up to a certain limit) each year.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP): Our ESPP lets our employees become company stock owners, at a 15% discount.
  • Other benefits: Scholarships for dependents, employee discounts, Identity Theft Protection and a Legal Services Plan, among many other available benefits.
  • Time Off: We offer paid holidays as well as sick and vacation time based on how long you have been with the company

    team is overall flexible, but some people abuse the lax environment...pay range is very wide for the same position. benefits are so so, medical plan sucks, very high deductible

    Pay once you’re topped out is great and you can’t beat the benefits if you have kids. The enviroment is male dominated warehouse so be ready

    401k match regardless of contributions, company funded health reimbursement account, 80 hrs sick time, 80 hrs vacation time and 2 floating holidays

    They have an excellent 401K plan, which includes an automatic contribution plus a matching contribution. There are also stock options and a great dental plan that covers braces. One thing that would make the benefits package even better is if more vacation could be accumulated and rolled over.
