Good 401k , 6 percent match , good insurance, decent benefits mostly standard stuff . The pay however is not that great its very below standards and is poor compare
Management need compare the market and adjust the salary range of the employee base on the work load of each person
They reduce health coverage every year, while increasing the costs every year. vision and dental are amazing though
Everything is great you want to take advantage of it while u can it will help in rhe long run espically if u get hurt or anything u can always fall back on that
