Had the absolute best benefits package I ever had
I was at GAP Solutions (System One subsidiary), the benefits were standard across industry, healthcare was a bit pricey but I didn't use it (due to the expense and my wife having a better plan).
Cut pto, no 402k match, management intimidstes you into not taking time off
No 401k match, expensive healthcare, and PTO reductions in last year
No 401K participation and company match for the first six months of employment, very disappointing. The PTO policy was also subpar for new hires, but recently replaced with FTO .
System One provides no PTO/vacation/sick leave benefits in AL.
Worst: SUPER expensive Best: they offer one?
Benefits aren't anything special and they aren't subsidized presumably because most people are contract employees. The most disappointing thing is while there is a 401K plan, you aren't eligible for it until after 6 months or 1000 hours of work, and there's no company match.
Extremely expensive benefits. Better off shopping on your own. No vacation time or paid time off. Terrible communication. Would not recommend.
Many healthcare options, but plans are very expensive for the coverage that is provided. All other benefits are very good.
