SAI's benefits are highly flexible and provide freedom for team members to choose how to best leverage them. PTO is generous and managers are extremely flexible in how it can be applied and taken. In nearly four years here, I have never heard of a PTO request being denied or even questioned. The expectation is that you work hard for clients and thus should enjoy your well earned time off. The health plan has a high deductible, but when you need to use it, there are a ton of in network options, and once you cross that deductible threshold your out of pocket drops to virtually nil. There is 401k matching - an underrated benefit in my view as it amounts to free money - you cannot beat the return rate on a match! There's always a monthly meetup (happy hour, lunch, breakfast, or other event) in addition to a very well attended holiday party every winter and a "spring thing" hosted by the CEO in warmer months. These informal events are always a lot of fun.
Best benefit-company paid individual health insurance plan and short-term disability. Worst benefit-lack of paid family leave. Other positives: Decent amount of PTO (18 days/year to start + 6 paid holidays) Other negatives: Healthcare plan is pricey for a family plan with a high deductible
Fewer holidays off than the industry standard and pay periods are monthly,, but paid medical benefits are a huge plus.
100% employer-paid health and dental premiums for employees is unheard of and definitely sets SAI apart. Generous PTO package and various office perks make the deal even sweeter.
I think SAI offers a very competitive benefits package to its employees. PTO is very generous and company paid medical and dental premiums for employees is awesome! SAI really cares about their employees with an aggressive 401k matching program too.
