Benefits package is comprehensive and fair. High Deductible plan and only portion an employee pays is 20% of the premium for medical. All other benefits including dental, vision, STD, LTD, long term care, wellness program, etc. is 100% paid and for your family too. Benefits include cash profit sharing versus phantom stock. Some folks complain about lack of 401K match but what company gives you cash profit sharing!?!

SEI genuinely cares about the welfare of all employees and their families. SEI has a very competitive benefits package which includes many employer paid plans such as dental, vision, long term care, life insurance and disability. A large portion of the health insurance premiums are paid for by SEI and the company contributes to your health savings account.
Competitive. Health and Dental are OK, but the lower premium costs come with (minimal) limitations in coverage. HDHP is what is offered. 401K doesn't match but the Profit sharing isn't as good as hoped. Would rather have 401K Match. Consider though for a company this size it's benefits are excellent. Rated 4 out of 5 though as have had better overall benefits elsewhere. First year you get 20 days PTO inclusive of sick days, Holidays, vacation or anything else you'd take a day off.
Solid set of benefits, no complaints
Excellent benefit package - especially for families. There is a high deductible plan in place, but the company pays almost half of it. The leadership team works really hard to negotiate the best rates with insurance providers. In a time when healthcare expenses are through the roof, it's nice to know our premiums are not rising as much.
Health insurance is affordable, if nothing happens - but may become more expensive as SEI grows. Dental coverage is good. Maternity leave has just been formalized and increased in response to staff discussions, paternity leave on par with market, but not impressive.
The healthcare premiums are middle of the road. Although I have not had any issues with coverage, I have heard of some folks that have to pay out of pocket for services which are covered by better insurance plans. 401K is pretty straight forward - SEI does not match. Regardless of the benefits being perceived by many as being "so-so", the company tries their best and does a great job of communicating changes and costs so everyone understands and has the opportunity to voice their opinion.
