The best benefit is the 401k match. The worst benefit is the medical insurance. Other benefits offered that are important is the ability to work from home and job flexibility.
Offers employees a High Deductible Health Insurance Plan with a HSA account. In my opinion, our portion of the premium with our High Deductible is out of line with most in our industry. I know of others on similar plans but their monthly premium is a lot less. At this point in time we will have to wait and see what the new brings...looks like higher premiums are in our future.
Company offers a High Deductible plan with an HSA account. They do seed a portion of the HSA account, thankfully. For a family the rates I think are expensive.
It is good compared to a part time retail job but terrible compared to a technology company. High deductible insurance they pay very little, high premiums.
The health insurance is very sub par for the company size. You have to jump through hoops and use care coordinators to manage the whole thing. They do not have a paid paternity/maternity program. The one good thing is the 401K they do contribute upto 5% on an annual basis.
if you need more than a bandaid, you're pretty much screwed.
They suck! You can go broke if you have to go to the Doctor for the flu.
deductible is way too high. Horrible benefit package.
High Deductible, No one has ever heard of the carrier, & have an extremely hard time finding a PCP.
The health benefits are not family friendly. An extremely high cap max out of pocket deductible. If you don't sign up for short term disability, you receive $150 a week for maternity leave.
