Our Benefits
Working for T-Mobile means you get amazing benefits, discounts, and perks for you and your family. The medical, dental, and vision health benefits are just the start. Through our LiveMagenta program, we provide wellness support, including health pro consultants, to help reduce burdens and navigate the details of life. We have family assistance because childcare, adoption, surrogacy, and fertility services are big decisions. We also offer financial advisors, flexible spending accounts, and more—even for part-time employees! Our investing options include a 401(k) plan, an annual Employee Stock Grant, and a purchase plan that gives you the chance to grab TMUS stock at a discount. Plus, we have tuition assistance, including an option that covers full tuition at select institutions.

TMobile offers a range of health insurance options, the choices are usually 2 or 3 different companies with HMO & PPO options for each. Dental and vision insurance is with one company. The best part about the benefits is they start almost immediately and they apply to part time workers
Health benefits are a bonus.

Great overall benefits from the start
Took away WFH, it's only as needed option. 401K good, they match up to 6% I believe. You also receive stocks with the company each year based on your role.
