The best thing about this company's benefits package was that they had a lot to offer regardless of full time or part time positions. It provided 401K savings, health insurance with optional add-ons like vision and dental, tuition assistance, grants, and a significant discount on your wireless bill.
I don’t see a bad thing about the benefits. 401k March percentage could be little higher. The best thing is literally everything that they offer.
