“Good but they do not provide a great match”
“Flexibility and ability to work anywhere.”
“I didn’t use their insurance but I know it was good coverage ”
Great 401k benefits and insurance
Great benefits and very affordable
Benefits are better than most of the large company standards.
There are a lot of benefits at Tmobile
Vacation time is great and the team at the in person stores are so fun.
Very comprehensive. Lots of options.
Solid benefits package, with the annual PTO earnings being the highlight. PTO starts at 19 days for new hires, and increases a few days after the 3rd anniversary. However annual carryover is limited to 10 days, which can be improved.
Best: PTO, 75% off Phone Bill, and Stock purchase Worst: No career advancement whatsoever. They do no care about your growth especially frontline retail team. Hence why so many people have quit in the last 2 years. Been in the same position for 10 years and every couple of months I ask to move up and new projects take on but no help or guidance. Mind you have been top sales person year after year. The burnout is real. Advice to hire ups, please look into moving your sales associates in the signature locations up. We are all burnt-out and tired of doing the same thing for the last 7 years, and now adding Sprint procedures and same pay, its disgusting. Biggest regret of my life staying in this company for so long and devoting my life to it to only quit because I've developed stress, anxiety, and burnout.
they have pretty good benefits
