You start with 10 vacation days, 6 sick days, and 2-3 personal/floating holiday. They also give 8 hours of volunteering time and 8 hours for doctors/dentist appts. They aren't picky about how you use your time as long as you have time and don't abuse it. You can also volunteer to work on certain holidays and receive extra pay and/or time off.
10 days vacation to start. After 3 years it increases to 15. Eventually increasing to 25 days! Everyone gets 6 sick days a year.
