TCC gets so much respect from me on their benefits program compared to every other retailer including Verizon competitors. They offer 4% 401 k match with a firm that charges a cheap fee, vacation time of up to I think 4 weeks after 4-5 years (I had 3 when I left), 8 hours a year of paid community service of your choice, 1.25 life insurance paid biweekly, and a pretty good commission plan overall. They also helped pay for a 2 year associates online degree if you don’t have a degree currently. The worst thing is right before I left, they changed every sales consultant no matter tenure with Verizon to 8.00 an hour, but made the commission at 17.5 percent which incentivizes the right reps in my opinion.
Standard benefits package. Employee Appreciation days a few times a year.
Good benefits and scheduling opportunities
Low copays for office visits for a family of 4, 100% coverage on dental cleaning/exams/xrays, great vision ad life insurance. You get 3 vacation days starting and 1 full week January 1st of eac year.
The benefits are extensive but expensive. Seems like every year, the cost goes up but the benefits get a little slimmer. For how the company compensates your work, most employees can't afford the benefits.
Health care (expensive) no 401k matching
misewell be a meme, they don't tell you any of your benefits the entire time you work there.
Great rates for Healthcare, Vision, and Dental. Paid Time Off starts at January 1st regardless of date of hire. 401K available. Employee discounts on accessories and Verizon phone plan.
Too high cost of insurance and high deductible
The health care options that are included at TCC are poor and you can most likely find another company with higher quality benefits.
