0 health benefits, 0 paid time off, 0 401K plans, 0 gas reimbursement even though you have to drive to a different Wal-Mart every day (some as far as 60 miles away from the office: e.g. Corsicana, TX). The only "perk" is sometimes you are picked to travel with the team for conferences (but it's typically on your days off). I feel like management would probably say their biggest benefit is a positive work environment. Honestly though, it just doesn't seem like they take care of their people. Which might explain the extremely high turnover rate.
No benefits package. But you occasionally get entered into win certain prizes. Other than that your base weekly salary is $250 and commission is $125 a sale
