Only 14 days PTO at 0-5 years of service. No carry over either.
Pretty average benefit package, when you become an officer you get an extra 40 hours of PT (currently, merger may change that)
No vesting on 401K match dollars and access to high deductible plan. Unfortunately medical plans are expensive.
Benefits are more expensive than the average company. Only HDHP options. 401k doesn't contribute until a year in, but after that it is a 5% match.
Pretty basic package. Take advantage of the 401K match, no matter where you work
