TD Ameritrade employees can typically receive an annual 6% - 7% 401(k) contribution from the company. This is comprised of: (i) Company Match = 50 cents on the dollar up to 6% (e.g., 3%), (ii) Historical Profit Sharing Contributions = 3% - 4%
Company matches up to 6% of contributions.
401k is normal through empower but i do like the DBA option so you can invest in stocks
Bare bones, minimum match possible.
Solid 401k with 3% match
Just started so I don’t have much info on the match of the 401k
The match sucks it would be better with an IRA
The 401k is pretty solid and they match up to 6% (might be 5%) and the biggest benefit is having the ability to self-direct, so you have much more control over how the 401k is invested, and that is pretty unique
Good selection of funds provided
50% matching up to 6%, so maxing out employer contribution goes 3% from them and 6% from you totalling 9%. Pretty standard from what I hear from friends in other industries and companies.
They only give you 50 cents on the dollar up to 5 percent
