Very comprehensive plan, keeps improving every year. The companies retirement benefits include profit sharing and 401k Match and it offers a variety of medical plans to choose from.
Best thing is the entry level base pay plus quarterly bonuses.
Great place to work for
Best: Scottrade got TDA to add charitable matching contributions. TDA spontaneously gifted all employees stock shares in 2018. TDA added three days of PTO for all employees beginning in 2019. Worst: TDA took away a paid holiday and paid sick days from Scottrade employees, effectively cutting paid time off by more than a third at my level. They did not compensate by offering a wage increase, and the 2019 increase of three days of PTO is only a partial restoration of the six days of sick time and one paid holiday I lost. I have to think that if all employees across the board were granted three more days of PTO, we had to be very far behind the rest of the industry.
The health insurance is expensive, considering the size of the company and the industry they are in. If you use an HSA, they do contribute to it, but on a monthly basis rather than the beginning of the year lump sum.
Health insurance is expensive, 401K has formula mixed with % of the contribution and profit sharing of the company
Variety of benefit options that will work for everyone. 401(k) matching. Generous PTO (no separate vacation/sick banks). Assistance with public transportation costs.
Great health benefits. The best thing is a Good breadth of available plans and access to great hospitals. The worst is regarding limited term life
Great benefits. Eye and Vision is exceptional.
The are average on health benefits I do like employer matching donations
