TD Ameritrade Associates begin accruing 10 hours per month in their first year, 12 hours per month for years 2 through 4, and up to 16 hours per month based on service with maximum accrual of 200 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year that can be used for personal reasons, illness or vacation.
The rate was a good for the number of years you had to work.
One bucket of PTO that can be used any time.
The are no sick days. People do get legitimately sick. There are PTO days, one pool of sick and vacation days. They do give you more of these, but for whatever reason, every time I was out, even on a personal day, I felt like they were treating me like I called in sick.
Solid PTO for entry level employees. Could be better.
There is no expiration on your PTO time as it will cap you at what ever your level is.
My vacation is maxed because they do not truly expect you to take the vacation. If you took all the vacation you would be out of a job.
Take time off whenever you need it and with so many employees it is no loss if you aren't there
The best PTO available for full time
They have a generous paid time off program that allows it to accrue from the day you start
No sick days or personal days, you have to use your Paid Time Off.
