Moving to Toronto from Dallas ( ex human capital consultant). I am in advanced discussion in joining TD bank in their change management team (as a senior manager). Anyone have an idea around salary? Work culture at TD? And exit opportunities if I want to find another role in Toronto down the line?
Good health care offers, lots of PTO although because you work the holidays they are open some of the PTO days are due to that
TD partners with Progyny for Fertility treatment coverage. I have not had to worry about a single thing so far and my costs have been fully covered for both diagnostics and treatment. Meanwhile my friend who works in healthcare can’t even get half of her diagnostics covered. So blessed to work for a company with such amazing benefits!
