TD partners with Progyny for Fertility treatment coverage. I have not had to worry about a single thing so far and my costs have been fully covered for both diagnostics and treatment. Meanwhile my friend who works in healthcare can’t even get half of her diagnostics covered. So blessed to work for a company with such amazing benefits!
Great benefits with 401k and PTO
lot of PTO, health insurance you can sign up as soon as you are hired
30 days of PTO annually
Offer to part time employees 20 hours or more . Cost goes up quite a bit each year.
Out of pocket rates for medical insurance are quite high. However, vacation is great and full time employees receive up to $4000 a year for related graduate school. There is also a great 401k match program.
401k Match, Good Healthcare & Other Benefits
Good benefits for part time and full time employees. Good pto days and also they have tuition reimbursement if you study related courses
This company has the best health insurance benefits and vacation days.
While the benefits are available for part-time employees, they are expensive. The benefits department is not very helpful when you call for assistance
