PTO is the best !!!
Affordable for the whole family plan and great coverage. They offer mental health days, 16 weeks paternity/maternity leave.
Generous PTO, life insurance and corporate discounts
Great company to work for and learn from upper management.

Parental leave policy is great for both the mom and dad
Great insurance, decent 401k match, but there are some minor benefits I was used to receiving elsewhere, like paid parking, that TD unfortunately does not provide
The since of community was great.
Great benefits no complaints. TD overall is a great place to work
Maternity paternity leave 4 months
The worst thing is the reimbursement for tuition isn’t real, nothing gets done. I filed a year ago and didn’t hear back and I’ve been calling and emailing. PTO is good though but management is all over the place.
