Great benefits package! Could use a lot more work on the medical, but everything else is amazing. They offer 16 weeks paid leave to new parents (regardless of gender).

The best thing about the benefits are the paid time off assigned and the child leave time offered to parents.

Best: Lots of PTO, good variety of health plans. Worst: Must wait a year to get 401(k) match (I think that is standard now), no wellness facilities or gyms.

The company holds tons of benefits. They have a 401K contribution and also they offer health care. Not the greatest but available.
