Best thing is that I currently get 35 days of PTO per year which is excellent. The worst thing is that the PTO is lumped in with holidays so there is no separate bank of holiday time. Still the amount of PTO is very competitive.
Best I've received so far in my professional life. You get about 3.5 weeks paid time off and about 4 paid holidays
Vacation plan is what you'd expect from a big bank. Problem is getting management to give you the days you'd like off
We gets lots of time but have to bid 6mo in advance for days off
TD gives employees a ton of time off. Every pay period, employees would receive addition time of which was very beneficial!
They cap you out at 200 hours and if you don't use it you lose it. It is tough to take time off with the pay plan and targets
It wasn't bad it was similar to almost any place that you went
Although they offered a substantial amount of time off, by not sectioning the time off into categories it was difficult to keep track of. It was mandatory for employees to use PTO for bank holidays. Part-time employees got 4 hours of PTO per paycheck
You get 26 days a year of paid time off but, since the branches are short staffed most of the time; it's hard to take them when you want.
Great depending on your position...
