no paid holiday, sick days or personal days. PTO is the only thing you can use for those days

From my observation. Yes paid time off and vacation. Coworkers struggled with time off approval.

You have to earn your days , but it's hard to do because you don't receive many hours.

Would be generous except much of your PTO is required to be spent on holidays. Scheduling can be hard with your requests denied. Once you get into management the PTO becomes very generous.

You get a lot of PTO time, but you have to use it to cover for every holiday.

Far too much PTO. Full timers start with 5 weeks per year and can go to 9+ weeks. If you figure that most stores have 5-7 FT employees that means almost everyday of the year someone is on pto. This leaves the stores constantly short-staffed.

Paid time off is a good with a good work life balance.

PTO (vacation; personal; sick days) is all combined into one set of PTO hours that you need to accrue as you work.
