As a part of your total compensation, TDS® provides a comprehensive, competitive benefits package. 3 health insurance options are good, I've been very happy with mine. Vacation accrues, starting out at 2 weeks/year. Plus 1 week personal time. Sick time accrues at 2 weeks per year and does not expire. Paid holidays.

From the hire date, full benefits are activated. 401K is matching 100% up to 4%, and then another 50% for the 5th% Also offers matching for Roth accounts. Has HSA, and FSA for dependent and medical. Offers GHC, and BlueCard/BlueEdge. Every year, you receive a total of 40hrs of Personal Time, and New Hires can receive: 80hrs vacation time per year.

I do not use the health insurance or dental plan. The 401K plan appears to be competitive in the industry. Vacation days are limited to New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Decent overall health, dental, and vision plan with a good 401k option and decent tuition reimbursement.
