This company has ALOT of good benefits! Matching 401K, 100% paid medical insurance, paid gym membership, paid phone, take home truck, paid uniforms, PTO, paid holidays, No On-Call, paid training, Company provided tools, free breakfast, free drinks, career advancement.
Very underwhelming benefits package. Leadership does not see value in PTO.
You will love this company! I am personally very happy with the benefits that TE offers. The owner is super generous and pays 100% of the medical premiums for every full-time employee. One of the medical options comes with a health savings account that is good forever. On top of that, they contribute over $24 a week to the HSA. That comes out to over $1200 a year! Of free money! Another perk they recently added is 401k. They have roth and pretax options. The best part is that they do a 4% match! The process to enroll in everything is pretty easy and the office was awesome at walking me through setting up my benefits when I started. There are a ton of other benefits the company has. Overall I am very happy & satisfied. I feel like the company cares about me and my family.
Paid benefits is always a plus!
Health insurance is covered at 100% for employees. We also receive paid holidays and vacation. HR is extremely easy to talk with if you have questions about your plan.
