“Great Health insurance and good HSA benefits”
“They provide a wide range of options to choose from ”
“You start with 2 weeks for personal and PT initially ”
Overall average benefit offerings. All health insurance plans are high deductible plans. TE does put some money in your HSA or HRA but not even 25% of the deductible cost. Health insurance cost is on a sliding scale based on salary which is a very nice recognition that health care costs have an outsize impact on lower income employees.
Vacation time is subpar to market
Comprehensive benefit package with standard health, dental, 401k, pet, legal etc. Also have stock purchase plan.
The benefits offered are good
Great options and fair prices
Great benefit package for all levels
I do not use the company health insurance, but the 401k company match, employee stock purchase plan, and paid time off are excellent!!!
It cost to much. Insurance was good.
401k is standard. Healthcare offerings in Oregon are horrific. No HMO options, just Blue Cross Blue Shield which is a nightmare. Vacation is only 2 weeks until after 5 years when you get 3 weeks. Pretty substandard
Standard benefits package. Nothing spectacular.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
