    Overall, the benefits package is average. The best thing about the package is the reasonable cost of premiums, although the office visit copays are a little steep compared to other plans. The worst thing about the benefits package is the paid time off (PTO). The vacation and sick days do not roll over to the next year and employees are not actively encouraged to use them. Calling out sick is met with such skepticism that you're better off making the drive in to work and then leaving early due to illness, rather than staying home to rest and focus on getting well.

    Best thing is a helpful benefits department that always answers your questions and needs in a helpful and timely fashion. Worst is that with cost cutting, the actual coverage I receive is very poor. I pay for the most expensive package with the most coverage and find my basic prescriptions (generic) cost an average of $50 more than the old plan we had in 2017.

    Health, dental, and vision insurance is pretty good. Pay a little more than I would like but the actual benefits are nice. 401k match is a bonus!

    Best thing is, they have a benifits package. Worst thing is its really expensive and basically useless except for major procedures, most of which they would cover 80 percent. Now as far as the dental insurance is concerned you get 2 free cleanings a year and that's about it. You pretty much pay 50 percent for everthing else. And some things are not covered at all.

    The Company offers 8 Paid Hoildays, 401K with a match up to 3%, also Heath /Vision/Dental plan. and many incentives for bonuses, and also Vacation time and PTO

    Best thing is the benefits package. The worst thing is the 401k. You have to work for 5 years to become fully vested.

    Health, dental and eye insurance was expensive and not that great. They did offer 401k and matched, vacation and sick time both if I recall.
