The training was good when I started. You were to shadow another experienced employee during their shift to learn the Fridays way of serving. There was also an online training program that you had to complete in order to be put on the floor.
the trainer does not care all they care about is the free meal
Lots of turnover so coaching can be hard
after a couple days of training they come up to you pull you aside and make sure you are okay and everything is going great and actually interested in what I have to say.

The training is thorough they really give you time to master the menu descriptions and how to pair everything off (food and drinks)
We are understaffed constantly and improperly trained, we aren't told when we are training usually until the day of and we don't get any training pay or incentives at all.
