You earn more & more vacation with seniority. But as a manager, you're only allowed to take one week off at a time. So say goodbye to ever having a two week vacation. As a manager, you get vacation pretty much whenever you'd like as long as your GM can spare you. But as a GM, it's very hard to take vacation. You have to have a very strong team to support you while you're out. So, having lots of vacation to use is great ... but good luck finding the time to take it.
