Pension and 401K. Company will add up to 13% of your salary to 401 based on age and length of service.
Associates start with 20 vacation days. 401k contributions are matched up to 3%, and the company contributes an additional percentage of your salary to a retirement plan (5% for employees younger than 30, 9% for employees between the ages of 30-45, etc.).
Medical, dental, vision insurance. 401k matching up to a certain percentage. Full time employees begin with approx 28 days PTO and can earn from there but can only carry a small amount over to the next year. On campus coffee shop and cafeteria, dry cleaners, and urgent care facility. Contractors get no benefits from the company. Insurance and 401k options provided by some, but not all, contracting companies. No PTO of any kind. If you're not there, you don't get paid.
