    Very low employer match. Several changes of Plan Administrators and no effort to match your investment allocations to a similar mix of investments; all investments were placed into funds based on anticipated retirement date.

    Even though they do not match dollar-for-dollar their 401k structure is very aggressive depending on your age. they designed different packages depending on the individual's age which makes it beneficial to a novice
