The benefits that come with the job are actually quite nice. Associate discount is a plus. Also health, vision, and dental insurance are inexpensive.
There was no benefits for part-time workers.
Having health insurance is great The amount of paid vacation time is unsatisfactory
Offered 401k as well as time off but most benefits didn’t start until you moved up in the company.
We were required to sell in-store credit cards to customers. We didn't receive commission but there were fun perks that the management who have for those who met and/or exceeded their goals for the shift.
No 401 k, since I am part time.
TJ Maxx had great benefits overall
Great people to work with, great team spirit. Staff works really hard to keep floors clean and organized at all times. Fun to shop there as well.
