Cheap insurance that can be easily afforded
All of it is the best. TJMaxx surely know how to take care or their employees.
They offer paid vacation, sick time, personal days, 401k, medical, dental, vision, STD.
Part-time employees only get 401k after certain amount of hrs have been worked. you start collecting sick hrs after about a month of work. No personal time hours.
I have been working for this dreadful company for 4 years now and have had open availability yet I'm not given any vacation or sick days. I get a measly 12 "personal" hours which only covers a shift & a half of work.
Since i worked part time i did not receive the benefits package. However, I know lots of employees who had them and it was very handy. It is great the company offers this for full-time employees.
Generous perks, discounts and vacation time
You do not have many benefits unless you have been working there for a significant amount of time. No paid time off which is not ideal
Part-time employees are offered a benefits package, but you have to have worked there a while I get it. You don't get sick days/ personal days and they won't offer health insurance until later. You can, however, immediately upon hiring, get health insurance for your pet, so there's that.
No benefits unless you are full time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
