401k for part time workers but have to reach a certain of number of hours worked.
TJX offers a variety of health care providers, and decent health services.
Okay was fine I guess
If you aren't a full time employee, don't expect any kind of benefits whatsoever. I've never understood why companies don't offer anything to part-time employees. It's tough to move up in the company, and just because you're working part-time doesn't mean you shouldn't at least be entitled to sick leave.
I would say Tj Maxx offers a great benefits package and in general just makes sure their employees are taken care of. As a full time employee, you can sign up for a 401k, you get sick time, personal time AND vacation time. The vacation time is based on how long you've been employed with the company. You also have a choice of amazing health plans at an extremely reasonable cost. And the list goes on for the benefits they offer, including maternity leave. And through this covid-19 pandemic they are even still paying the employees, although they've had to shut all the stores. Can't say one bad thing really.
You get health insurance and 401k
