401K, health insurance and sick time are all good and the discount is nice (10%) but used to be better (30%). Compensatory time off (Floating Holidays) are better for hourly employees than salaried.
Medical benefits are offered 30 days after your first day if you are a Home Office employee. If you are a warehouse worker, you must wait 90 days until you are offered the benefits.
