Best thing is the low cost of family health care coverage for associates that work 30+ hours per week. The associate discount and Paid time off for holidays could be more generous, but the health dental and life insurance, along with 100% 401k match are above average. Great company.
there are little to no benefits for part time employees like in most places, but not that many benefits for full time either
Only get 3 weeks vacation until after you finished 2 years with company
Great company to work at
The best is you get two weeks vacation after 90 days, in addition to personal days. Benefits packages are awesome - health benefits aren't overly expensive. In addition to vacation hours you also receive 40 hours sick time.
they offer good benefits, nothing extraordinary. 401k benefits are good. decent amount of paid time off. they do a corporate BBQ each summer thats a nice plus
You get vaca time if you are full time
There are several paid holidays, depending upon your shift, three different types of health insurance to choose from, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, 401k, two possibly three weeks of vacation after 90 days employment, paid time off, sick time, yearly bonuses. Employee retention /referral bonuses$500 after 90 working days for the employee who referred you and yourself. Uniforms I provided by the company
The company had a very good health insurance . The company also had a really vacation/personal days and sick days benefit
The company tries to cheat you out of benefits and deems all associates as part time and schedules you to the maximum amount of hours without going over the part time boundary in order to get the most out of their employees without paying out to them.
