Minimal 401(k) match that doesn't compete with other professional employers. Stock options at certain levels, most jobs don't have bonus options.
Benefits are geared toward hourly employees and are well behind market for "HQ" and professional staff. 2 weeks vacation for 2 years, then only 3 weeks until you've worked there for a decade. Minimal 401(k) match, they dictate when you can leave before a holiday weekend.
I am not a full-time employee, but as a part-time associate I am offered a 10% employee discount, paid 15 minute breaks, and annual pay raises.
