    Decent Benefits as far as medical, dental, vision, but it's a package deal, so you have to take all or nothing, no real options beyond take it or leave it

    They have an "Employee Stock Ownership Program" or "ESOP". it is a fund that they add money to every year based on the value of the company. you have to be with the company for 6 years to be fully vested in the program. The fund is paid out to the employee upon leaving the company. The fund grows exponentially each year the employee is with the company.

    The employee stock option program in addition to your 401k is a huge benefit. An employee owned company that works hard to ensure its employees are a good fit, are satisfied and have a great quality of life.

    TMC offers affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k, paid vacation, and options for flex spending, etc. These are all important; however,the most awesome benefit to me is that TMC is employee-owned. Harrold Annett, the founder of TMC, decided that he did not want to sell TMC as he approaches retirement. Instead, he announced in 2013 that we would become employee-owned. It doesn't cost a dime for employees to gain shares from the profitability of the company. This means a lot to me. Not only am I having a substantial amount of money held in an account for me, I love the culture of TMC and never would want it to be compromised by selling out. I enjoy working in a place where employees really take pride in what they do and who they are! I think our Employee Stock Ownership Plan enhances this.

    The hotel in Des Moines, IA is right next to the main building, it has a pool, sauna, and gym inside that are great features. It was really nice to workout every morning before class.

    TMC is employee-owned. Employees do not purchase their shares. The shares are given to them each year as a bonus retirement package, in addition to 401K.

    The benifits are the worse I've ever heard of. The 401k match is horrible; basically they match nothing.
