Good health insurance, 401k match. No sick day.
Good benefits for only being a customer service rep
Solid. Comprehensive. Reasonable employee contribution. Decent networks.
4% match 401k fully vested, 15% ESPP, profit sharing enrollment, health/dental/life insurance, FSA, decent PTO, year end bonus, paid overtime for certain positions, great location with a rooftop, pretax commuting plans... But no paternity leave
Decent Dental and Medical plans
Health insurance is good, 401 k can be matched up to 4%, stock purchase discount is nice. PTO is OK, holiday days are not too many.
Health benefits seem competitive. Company has great 401k match. Good extra perks in the day to day.
Decent 401k match (4%) with Roth 401k option. Apparently good health insurance package but I haven't used it yet. 15% off stock options after working there for a full calendar year. Decent PTO at 16 days.
Best thing is the bonuses offered twice per year - once at mid year and once at end of the year. The worst thing is that the performance bonus is not standardized across the company. Each account has different deliverables that you must meet in order to get your bonus. It also is completely to your managers' discretion whether or not you receive the bonus.
Bonus opportunities for LA level employees don't meet expectations
