    They have great benefits, Dental Medical Vision 401K match. Vacation is ok, and attendance bonus is ok.

    TMK offers one of the best benefits packages I've seen. Low-cost, rewarding, flexible, stable. There are two aspects to the benefits package that were very striking: (1) There is a very low employee contribution to medical benefits. In fact, they work with some of the top names in Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription insurance, with the option to partake in a free medical screening for a discount off your portion of the total contribution. This also applies to spouses or domestic partners. Most companies I've seen require almost twice as large of a contribution from the employee. It's really incredible. (2)The second aspect that stood out was the vesting period, or rather the lack of one. TMK begins its promised contributions the second you enroll TMK into your Fidelity retirement fund. This is substantial for Gen X and Y due to their relatively short tenures from company to company, overall. A vesting period is the period of time that you must be employed at the company in order to receive their full, matching contribution to your retirement fund. Past employers typically required two years to match a certain percentage of my salary that I contributed to my 401(k) retirement fund. In addition, I have had employers "tier" vesting periods - that is they may match up to 5% after two years, then require you to work another year before becoming "fully vested." had worked for the employer long enough to have officially earned the entire promised company contribution. + Employers contribute relatively very low amounts for insurance with large providers. + NO vesting period. TMK begins matching your retirement fund contribution (up to a certain percentage) from DAY 1. (Did I mention I was also offered, as a benefit, a company car from the fleet? )
