Great benefits, generous PTO, paid holidays.
The health insurance was great but it was also more expensive than a car payment. In order to keep yourself healthy with the no deductible plan, you really have to budget for it. The PTO was very generous. No 401k matching

No 401k marching, but vacation policy was pretty good especially when factoring Summer Fridays.

TMP Worldwide is pretty standard with their benefits package. You will have to get in your PTO dates in ahead of others if you want to take days around holidays off. They do not serve lunch every day nor every week. However, once a month or once every two months. It is usually fend for yourself at lunch.
My favorite benefits are the PTO, free parking, free access to the onsite gym and the comprehensive insurance (although I should have selected a different plan). I wish the 401k matched.
TMP hard benefits, if not great, are at least good, and it's the soft benefits/perks that really make a difference. Things like Summer Fridays, telecommuting, office get-togethers, organized sports, etc. Flexibility and family-friendly are both significant features of the TMP culture.
