No pension but there is a Great 401K program. I took advantage of the employer match to aggressively save for retirement.
Performance bonuses are usually always acknowledged but never given out. During the year I worked there we received our bonuses maybe three times. They’re supposed to be given monthly.
No flex time, but insurance and retirement options are pretty good
health benefits are not very good. beginners vacation also not great
Medical, dental, 401k matching. It was actually a pretty decent setup.
First year offers only limited lackluster options for health insurance. After some time a more substantial health insurance option opens up but is very expensive out of your paycheck. You cannot trust the benefits department to give you honest advice either. They will always blatantly give you the answer that the plan that is cheapest for the company is the best regardless of your circumstances. They also attempted to impose biometric screening on employees and fine people for being fat or having health issues. The benefits department was hostile and nasty about it when people challenged them on how absurd and invasive it was. Even the CEO of our specific unit admitted he thought it was a terrible idea. This program is gone now, but the fact that they tried still leaves me distrustful.
401k matches $.50/$1 Blue Cross/ Blue Shield but expensive
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
