Our health insurance is very reasonably priced (less for both of us than we were paying on the open market for better benefits), the 50% match for 403b is generous and 25 days of paid vacation for a non school-based job is phenomenal!

They're very generous with their benefits package. I just with there were more days off. 15 is standard for most organizations though, I supporse.
The organization's benefits are extremely comprehensive. I max the generous match on 403(b) contributions, as this is additional significant income.
