Our Benefits
Stay healthy. TNTP pays the majority of employee-only medical coverage with a well-known, national health care provider, and subsidizes costs for spouses, domestic partners and/or children. We offer dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses.
Build a nest egg. TNTP offers an attractive rewards package, including highly competitive salaries and the possibility for performance-based bonuses. We also offer a 403 (b) retirement plan, and will match 50 percent of your contribution on up to 14% of your salary.
Grow constantly. Our staff take advantage of an array of professional development opportunities, including conferences, trainings, courses and professional memberships.
Get some R&R. TNTP employees earn paid vacation based on position level and years of service. Staff can earn up to 20 days annually, in addition to 5 paid personal/sick days and most federal holidays. There’s also paid parental leave for new mothers and fathers.
Other perks. TNTP also offers pre-tax commuter benefits, 100% employer-paid life and disability insurance, emergency child and elder back-up care, and an adoption reimbursement benefit.

Excellent benefits and amazing PTO. Summer Fridays begin Memorial Day and end Labor Day. Closed for 2 weeks during the holidays. So many other great random benefits like financial coaching. I could go on and on...
