Our Benefits

Our benefits are designed to give everyone at TNTP a full, healthy life.

Stay healthy. TNTP pays the majority of employee-only medical coverage with a well-known, national health care provider, and subsidizes costs for spouses, domestic partners and/or children. We offer dental, vision, and flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care expenses.

Build a nest egg. TNTP offers an attractive rewards package, including highly competitive salaries and the possibility for performance-based bonuses. We also offer a 403 (b) retirement plan, and will match 50 percent of your contribution on up to 14% of your salary.

Grow constantly. Our staff take advantage of an array of professional development opportunities, including conferences, trainings, courses and professional memberships.

Get some R&R. TNTP employees earn paid vacation based on position level and years of service. Staff can earn up to 20 days annually, in addition to 5 paid personal/sick days and most federal holidays. There’s also paid parental leave for new mothers and fathers.

Other perks. TNTP also offers pre-tax commuter benefits, 100% employer-paid life and disability insurance, emergency child and elder back-up care, and an adoption reimbursement benefit.

It's offered to both moms and dads, as well as birth parents and adoptive parents; there are some flexible options, including part-time return to work for the first few months

Excellent benefits packet—lots of days off, encouragement to use days off. Extra money for office supplies, office set-up, wellness benefits. Positions are fully WFH.

Generous PTO (although it's sometimes hard to take it all) and parental leave, 403(b) match with relatively short vesting period, good medical/dental/vision coverage. Usually closed between Christmas and New Year so you don't have to take PTO for those days, either.

Our health insurance is very reasonably priced (less for both of us than we were paying on the open market for better benefits), the 50% match for 403b is generous and 25 days of paid vacation for a non school-based job is phenomenal!
