Total’s pay is typically lower than the industry competitors. Their 401k is competitive at 6% matching. They also offer a cash option plan on the side, which is about another 6%.
There is not any worst thing
No 401k. No profit sharing. No bonuses for performance or sales. No incentives for summer or christmas. The only bonus is for christmas $600.00. No health insurance.
Generous benefits include Health, dental and vision.
Average benefits for similar size company. Benefits are improving for current and younger employees, but declining for retirees.
