3 Weeks PTO in your first year, company phone/computer and equipment all provided. Company vehicle provided while on project. Excellent health care options, good 401K provided with company match.
Average benefits for a full time job.
It's great to have a competitive benefit package, however the annual cost increase to the employee erodes any bump in the COL adjustment offered.
Health insurance is expensive, employees pay 30% of premium. Pre tax commuter benefits are nice. Unfortunate that sick time and pto is bundled and there are very few payed holidays.
Salary ok, benefits less than ok and not too much vacation
401K was comparable to other consulting firms in Houston, insurance was better than my teacher wife's, Overall comparable to other firms
There are very, very limited options for health insurance. It's expensive and limited in provider options. Dental is standard. No holidays in between New Years and Memorial Day - only 7 throughout the entire year.
the very best thing about working for trc companies is the people, the exciting arch. sites and the travel. the worst thing about working for trc is the pay and benefits.
401K plan is a good plan
Discounts on amusement parks, hotels, rental cars, shows, activities, and more. I've used the discount to visit multiple Disney parks and it was great.
