Benefits are competitive within the Training and Simulation Industry. Cost for Family Benefits are competitive.
Standard package you'd expect: - Vacation - Sick Time - 401K - HSA option - Etc.
Everything is designed to keep you there in a terrible environment. 5 years to vest?! Repayment of moving expenses do not vest until 2 years after employee is with company... Awful. The Lutz, Fl location specifically is run by incompetence.
HSA is a little confusing
Paid time off for starting full time employees: 12 vacation days, 7 sick/personal days, 11 Holidays
Great 401k match, 5% if you contribute 10%.
Healthcare, 401K, and time off, etc. seem to be better at most other companies, even within other Textron businesses
Benefits were everything they said they would be. Easy to use health plan.
The benefits package is pretty standard for this industry. Health and dental are pretty average. 401k is a good match, but the options for diversification are limited.
Insurance premiums are affordable, but the deductibles are high. The company really does cater to a work/life balance. I really like that you can update your investments in your 401k at any time.
