The company offers health, dental, and vision at a low, reasonable cost. They even have a package that provides health insurance at no cost for a high deductible plan without company contribution. However, due to having a family, I took the high end (PPO) plan, which was still reasonable. They also offer. In fact, I have been able to enjoy low cost on other benefits as well.
Company events were alright. HR spent too much time planning them and not enough time on the floor with associates and helping them.
