4 hours every two weeks. you can let them add up forever and then cash them in at retirement.
You can accrue sick days, but they really don't like people calling out. They require proof (doctor's note..especially when you are on probation or call out a lot).

These are accrued days, but if you get sick you may be eligible for advanced sick leave. You may opt for leave without pay.
